Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Our approach

We want you to be happy with wyper.io. If something isn’t working for you, contact us at support@wyper.io — we handle refund requests quickly and fairly.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; your access stays active until the end of the paid period. Already-running periods are not automatically refunded pro-rata, without prejudice to your statutory rights.

Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU/EEA)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise this right, inform us (Gelato Zupply LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, support@wyper.io) of your decision by an unambiguous statement (e.g. an email). Sending your notice before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.

Important for digital services (early expiry). When you purchase or start a subscription or a deep-check top-up, we ask for your express consent that we begin performance immediately. By consenting, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed. If we begin during the withdrawal period with your consent and you then withdraw, you may owe a proportionate amount for the service provided up to that point.
