Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the wyper.io browser extensions, website and services (“wyper.io”, “we”). By installing or using wyper.io, you agree to them.

1. What wyper.io is

wyper.io provides browser tools that help you (a) bulk-manage and delete your own content and connections on platforms like X and Instagram (“Cleanup”), and (b) run AI-assisted fact-checks of web pages, selections and videos (“Fact-Check”). Tools are separate, single-purpose extensions.

2. Your account & responsible use

• You may use wyper.io only on accounts you own or are authorised to manage, and only in line with the applicable platform’s own terms.
• You must not use wyper.io to harass, mass-target others, evade platform safety systems, or for any unlawful purpose.
• Cleanup runs in your own logged-in session; you are responsible for what you choose to delete.

3. Plans, payments & the Pro licence

• A free tier is available with limits. wyper.io Pro is a single subscription and licence key that unlocks premium features across all wyper.io tools.
• Certain research-heavy features (e.g. Full Spectrum analyses and captioned video checks - “deep-checks”) are provided as a monthly allowance. An 𝕏 / social deep-dive consumes 2 deep-checks; the Maximum Booster consumes 24 top-up credits and runs twelve independent research passes on the same claim, each with a different focus, plus a separate multi-hop deep-research run. Additional deep-checks can be purchased as top-up packs. A “bring-your-own-key” (BYOK) option may be offered.
• The Dual-AI cross-check (a second, independent verdict from a different model) is a separate monthly allowance: 80 checks on Pro, 120 on Power, 3 on the free plan. One unit is consumed for each claim that is cross-checked. The automatic pass cross-checks the most consequential claim of a text; further claims are cross-checked only if you ask for them. Once the allowance is used up, fact-checks continue to work on a single model instead of two, and nothing is charged automatically. The remaining Dual-AI allowance is shown in the plan overview in the app and the extension. “Unlimited standard fact-checks” refers to the number of checks, not to the Dual-AI cross-check.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods.

4. Fact-Check is AI-assisted - not professional advice

Fact-Check results are generated with automated AI systems and live web sources. They may be incomplete or wrong, and are provided for information only. They are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice, and must not be relied on as the sole basis for decisions. Always verify important matters independently.

5. Acceptable use of the service

• Don’t attempt to overload, reverse-engineer for abuse, resell, or circumvent the limits/licensing of the service.
• Don’t submit content you have no right to submit.
• We may suspend access for abuse, security risks, or non-payment.

6. Intellectual property

wyper.io, its branding and software are owned by Gelato Zupply LLC (Wyoming, USA). You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the tools. Content you process remains yours.

7. Third-party platforms

wyper.io is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp., Meta Platforms, Google/YouTube, xAI, or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their owners. Platforms may change at any time, which can temporarily affect functionality.

8. Warranties & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded (e.g. for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life/body/health). Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Termination

You may stop using wyper.io and uninstall at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms.

10. Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
